Submitting an order confirms that the customer details, delivery address, UTR, and payment screenshot are accurate. An order remains pending until PowerSutra verifies payment.

Stock is reserved when an order is submitted. PowerSutra may reject a payment proof that cannot be matched or validated and will communicate the resulting order status through tracking.

Product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, pricing, availability, shipping charges, and policies may be updated by the store. The information shown at checkout applies to that order.
